We
are closer to you now Centre for Scientific Tourism in Slovakia (CSTS) has released an English-narrated, 45' video document called Through the West Carpathians (see News), edited from material recorded during our typical excursion focusing on Carpathians' natural history. Our feed-back form can be used to obtain a copy in VHS or MPEG formats for free. If you would like to discuss your possible excursion sign-up in person, you may use our feed-back form to inquire whether we have an associate near to your location. We could then help you arrange a meeting with our representative. Also, from now on we may be able to carry-out multi-media presentations of a wide scale of excursion topics including Biodiversity in Slovakia, Slovak Primeval Forests, Dutch Elm Decease trees from Slanske Vrchy Mts., scientific excursion schemes etc. in certain European countries. If you are interested in coming to Slovakia, such presentations might help you and your friends or colleagues as a pre-excursion learning tool.
